A Plan Check-In is an opportunity for you to check in with your participant about their health action plan and to solicit their feedback on what's worked and has not worked. The key to success is to encourage participants to drive their own plans and for coaches to provide support and insight in making changes to health action plans to capture realistic goals, whether that means dialing plans back or setting more challenging goals. We encourage you to schedule a plan check-in within one month or less of creating a new action plan to keep progressing your participant toward positive change. These check-ins can be virtual via messaging or through any medium that works best for your participant.
Setting up a Plan Check-In:
After selecting the participant for whom you would like to schedule a plan check-in, navigate to the Calendar tab > +new event > add title > set appropriate date > done.
