If you're using an iPhone:
- Make sure you have the latest software installed on you iPhone. You can do this by going to your iPhone's settings > general > software update > download and install.
- Head to the app store > updates > tap update if Fitbit Plus is listed.
If you're using an Android:
- Check to make sure your phone has the latest software installed by going to settings > general or about phone > software update.
- Then head to the Google Play store > tap the menu icon on the top right > my apps > tap update if Fitbit Plus has an available update.
