Great news! Your participant import, system integration, or manual account creation is now complete. Here are some tips and instructions to find your participant accounts in Fitbit Plus.
If you have a particular participant's account that you would like to view, you may use Fitbit Plus' search functionality to find a participant by name or email address. Select the magnifying glass button in the upper right corner of your screen.
To view your list of participants that have not yet enrolled (registered), go to the Not Enrolled Dashboard. Participants in this tab have not yet logged into Fitbit Plus to claim their account.
Make sure the participants listed here have an e-mail address associated with their account by opening the filter and sort menu, and applying the No Email filter. The participants in this view will need their Fitbit Plus accounts to be updated with an e-mail address in order to register.
For Hint and Elation customers: If at anytime you need to add or update information that maps to Fitbit Plus from Hint or Elation, such as an e-mail address, do so in Hint or Elation. The information will push to Fitbit Plus and be updated in both locations.
For customers using imported lists, you will need to manually enter their e-mail address by opening the participant's account, expanding the Profile dropdown menu, and selecting Contact Information. Failing to enter an email means that your participant will be unable to register after downloading the app.
Once your participants register their Fitbit Plus account, they will move to your New Enrollments list in the Enrolled Dashboard (fourth icon in the screenshot below). Participants in this list have enrolled in Fitbit Plus, but do not yet have a Health Action Plan. The goal is to clear the notifications from this icon within 1 business day to ensure participants are able to quickly begin their Fitbit Plus experience!
After you've created Action Plans for your New Enrollments, they move from the New Enrollments list to the main Enrolled Dashboard for you to begin your care.
You may also manually enroll participants in the Not Enrolled Dashboard, though this is not recommended unless you are certain your participant is unable or does not wish to register (e.g. lack of access to technology). If participants are not using technology, you may manually enroll them by opening their account, selecting the [name] is not enrolled button in the far left corner, and selecting the green manually enroll [name] button at the bottom of the slide out menu.
