Sometimes just adding data isn’t enough, and you want to provide some context for both yourself and your coach. That’s where Plan Notes come in. You may add notes to any health action for any day to remember things, like when that supreme burrito you ate prevented you from completing your workout or when that new medication gave you a cough.
You may add a Plan Note by:
1. Navigating to the Progress screen
2. Tapping on the desired health action
3. Tapping on the three dots in the upper right corner of your screen, then select Notes
5. Tap the plus sign to add a note
Once you're done, hit save, and you're all set!
