If you have a health action that corresponds with Fitbit data, such as total distance traveled in a day, water consumed, or estimated calories burned, your Fitbit data syncs automatically with your Fitbit Plus account to record these health actions. For example, if you have a health action to walk 3 miles per day, you see distance logged by your Fitbit device when you open the Fitbit Plus app. Note that you can only see Fitbit data connected to a health action in the Fitbit Plus app. To see all of your Fitbit data, open the Fitbit app.
You must sync your Fitbit device with the Fitbit app to transfer data collected by your device. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
